Samuel Blibaum, a principal of Blibaum & Associates, P.A., has represented Multifamily housing for the past 40 years.
His areas of expertise includes all aspects of Property Management issues as well as training, litigation and document review and preparation. The firm represents many of the major members of the MMHA and has successfully resolved Fair Housing issues with Federal, State and Local Government agencies on their behalf.  Training of all levels of staff regarding compliance issues has been a major part of Mr. Blibaum's Contribution to MMHA and he shares his insights based on 20 years of actual discrimination matters handled by him. 

This seminar will be a unique opportunity to learn based upon real cases involving every day issues.
