Powerful Telephone Techniques – Creating Duration/Setting The Appointment

Studies continue to show that phone skills in our industry are average at best, but mostly falling below average phone. If you are 70% or less happy with your phone skills, then this program is for you. You only have a short time to build a relationship over the phone, in many cases less than 120 seconds. Learn the 3 keys to creating duration over the telephone to allow you to build a solid relationship and build trust to get the appointment set. We’ll also share some tips on how to create urgency to get your future residents to show up and lease apartments.
