Learn how to turn the phone into a key asset by asking powerful relationship building and pre-qualifying questions over the phone to your prospects before they visit your community. We’ll also share tips on how to create urgency to get your future residents to show up and lease an apartment. If you can’t master the telephone, you reduce your ability to close leases.
