The Power of Networking

Networking is all about building relationships and it takes more than just connecting with someone on LinkedIn.  This workshop will give you sure fire tips on finding connections along with how to strengthen those connections.   

Instructed by: Joy Zalaznick, Director of Training and Development, Kettler

Joy Zalaznick is currently the Director of Training and Development for KETTLER.  Through the her years in the Multifamily Industry, Joy has a  variety of experience in on-site leasing and management, marketing, training, and troubleshooting both employee and community issues.   She has been responsible for creating and implementing programs for onboarding, customer service, leasing, management, resident retention as well as computer system training.   She has also been instrumental during this pandemic in converting the KETTLER training program to a virtual classroom platform.  Joy is also a faculty member for NAAEI and has facilitate both NALP and CAM programs for MMHA.
