On April 16th, 2020 MMHA held a COVID-19 Virtual Town Hall to focus on the following topics:

  • Rent Collection, payment plans, incentives
  • Communication with residents and staff
  • Have Residents and staff diagnosed with with Covid-19?
  • Leasing
  • Maintenance and service, cleaning and disinfecting
  • Protocols for package collection and distribution

The Town Hall was moderated by MMHA President Patrick Butler, Bozzuto Management; and conducted by a panel of key decision makers from our member companies including:

  • Amy Asuquo, Continental Realty Corporation
  • Jane Clauson, Maryland Management
  • Steve Margerum, Cove Property Management
  • Leonard Frenkil, WPM Real Estate Management
