Pricing for Private Offerings

2-Hour Virtual Session  

If virtual sessions exceed 2 hours then pricing follows in person pricing chart

Additional Fees (When Applicable)

Some private offerings may require additional development or consultation to ensure the training meets your organization’s needs:

• Content Creation Fee
  Applies when new educational content must be developed specifically for your organization.
  Recommended range: $750–$1,500 depending on scope, subject matter complexity, and level of customization required.
• Instructional Design Fee
  Applies when custom PowerPoint presentations or learning materials are created.
  Recommended range: $500–$1,000 based on the number of modules, design requirements, and revisions.
• Programming Consultation Fee
  $500.00 for up to 5–6 hours of review and consultation when assistance is requested to help build or refine a company’s internal training schedule

Booking Details

• Booking Window: Submit requests at least 45 days prior to the proposed training date to ensure availability.
• Payment: Full payment is required no less than 5 business days before the training date.
