How to Register for an MMHA Class

Step 1: Create Your MMHA Account

  1. Go to mmhaonline.org and click “Create Account.”
  2. Use a valid company email address (personal emails like Gmail or Yahoo won’t work).
  3. Select your management company when prompted.
  4. Complete your profile — the more complete, the better your experience!
  5. Check your inbox and verify your email address to activate your account.

Step 2: Log In

  • Once verified, log in to your MMHA account at any time to access education, events, and resources.

Step 3: Find Educational Offerings

  • Navigate to Education → Upcoming Classes.
  • Browse all available classes — from leasing to leadership and service excellence.

Step 4: Register

  • Select your desired class and click “Register.”
  • Class Pass Members: You’ll see the Class Pass Registration option automatically.
  • Non-Members: You’ll see standard registration options.
