Rental Property Owner/Manager

A company or organization that owns and or manages rental housing.

Base Dues is $440 per year for companies with more than 25 units and Base Dues is $250 per year for companies with 25 units or less. Additional dues is $1.13 per unit no matter what size company. 

 

This application is made in accordance with and subject to the bylaws and articles of incorporation of the The Maryland Multi-Housing Association, Inc. By choosing to join, I agree to abide by the Code Of Ethics of the Association. I hereby apply for membership and enclose payment for the first year's dues. (Invoices for the prorated portion of the second year's dues will be sent by December 1st of each membership year for year two.) Any unused portion of year one dues are nonrefundable. Dues payments to the Association may be deductible as a business expense, but are not deductible as a charitable contribution. Upon approval by the Board of Directors, new members will be notified and sent a New Member Packet. In the event of termination of membership for any reason, member agrees to discontinue use of Association's insignia, products and signs in any form. All contact information provided to the MMHA in the application may be used to contact me (address, phone, fax, email, etc.) about MMHA products and services and those of affiliated organizations.

Associate Company (Supplier)

A company or organization that sells goods or services to our members.

Here are just a few benefits our membership offers.

Dues is $600 per year ($575 dues $25 PAC contribution)

Apartment Community

Apartments communites are not technically members the companies that manage the communites are; if you have any questions please e-mail or call Kathy Lowe at klowe@mmhaonline.org or 410-413-1389.

If your company is not a member please go to Rental Property Owner/Manager and have the company join before entering your Apartment Community.  If your company is a member please proceed.

Common-Interest Manager

A company or organization that manages common interest properties.

  • Discounted tickets for all MMHA events, and the opportunity to attend member only events.

Dues is 0-4999 units/doors managed - $750.00, 5000-15000 units/doors managed - $1500.00, 15001+ units/doors managed - $3500.00
