Russ has a successful background in hospitality, event and non-profit management. He enjoys the challenge of a not-for-profit trade association in that every day is completely different from the day before. Speaker/trainer on all things mobile tech, customer service ninja, leadership, emotional intelligence and how to build the perfect team. Strategic planning is a passion, and he loves helping organizations reach their potential.

Kelly Murray, Director of Business Development
Acadia Windows & DoorsKelly Murray began her career in the multifamily housing industry in 1993, starting as a supplier of appliances for a small company in Bladensburg, MD. Three years later, she joined Central Wholesalers, Inc. as a marketing representative and eventually advanced to lead a team of account managers. During her tenure at Central Wholesalers, Kelly focused on developing strategic buying programs for clients, analyzing portfolio purchases, structuring pricing, and implementing internal adjustments to optimize sales and build long-term customer loyalty. This year, Kelly celebrates 16 years with Acadia Windows and Doors, where she serves as the Director of Business Development. She is an active member of several professional organizations, including IREM Chapter 16, AOBA, and PMA.
Mike Stark, Vice President of Property Management Sales
Mike Stark joined the Flooring Partners team in the summer of 2019 and has been part of the company’s remarkable growth year after year. Nearly 30 years of experience in the Property Management industry has given him the expertise to lead his ever-growing team of professionals to success by providing them with endless support every day. Mike draws inspiration from his past mentors and strives to guide his team in the same challenging way. At the end of the day, he knows Flooring Partners is all about ensuring clients are consistently provided with exceptional customer service and great quality installations. He is motivated by Flooring Partners’ collaborative culture and is dedicated to helping clients find the most efficient solutions possible to their individual flooring needs.
Mike is proud of his time at the University of Maryland where he earned a B.S. in Marketing. Go Terps! Outside of work, Mike enjoys traveling, sporting events, golfing, and most importantly, spending time with family and friends.

Proven success driving revenue through operational initiatives, marketing and sales efforts, and the design and implementation of personnel training, coaching, and performance management programs with the goal of reform and advancement of organizational objectives.
Michael Mangum Vice President, Maintenance and Construction Services, WPM Real Estate Management
Michael “Mike” Mangum serves as Vice President of WPM’s Maintenance and Construction Services Division and brings over 20 years of industry-related experience to the role. He oversees all of the company’s service operations and sets standards and policies that ensure compliance, create greater operational efficiency, accelerate response times, and deliver the highest levels of customer service for WPM’s clients. Additionally, he is focused on advancing the division and opening up new lines of services support that are tailored to meet client needs, including project management and consulting, onsite staff augmentation, due diligence, navigating insurance claims, as well as technical support and oversight for major property initiatives and capital projects.
Katie Horetsky, Project Manager Cove Property Management
Katie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Goucher College in 2010. She began her career in Property Management in 2010 as a Leasing Consultant and was quickly promoted to an Assistant Property Manager followed by Property Manager. She joined the Cove Property Management Team as a Property Manager at The Mount Royal and Queen Anne Belvedere Apartments in 2015 and obtained her ARM® designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management. Throughout her career Katie developed a passion for the care and improvement of the physical assets we manage, and joined our corporate team in 2019 as a Project Manager. As Project Manager she has executed numerous capital renovation projects, streamlined our contract bidding process, and identified opportunities to reduce expenses while maintaining our high standards of service. Fun fact about Katie, she started as a part time porter, cleaning commercial spaces!
