Base Due is $440 per year for companies with more than 25 units and Base Due is $250 per year for companies with 25 units or less. Additional dues are $3.32 per unit no matter what size company. (Includes a $.32 per unit voluntary Political Action Committee-PAC Contribution).
Additionally, registrants have the option to purchase Class Pass at a rate of .63 cents per unit and STA Class Pass at .40 cents per unit.
This application is made in accordance with and subject to the bylaws and articles of incorporation of the The Maryland Multi-Housing Association, Inc. By choosing to join, I agree to abide by the Code Of Ethics of the Association. I hereby apply for membership and enclose payment for the first year's dues. (Invoices for the prorated portion of the second year's dues will be sent by November 2nd of each membership year for year two.) Any unused portion of year one dues are nonrefundable. Dues payments to the Association may be deductible as a business expense, but are not deductible as a charitable contribution.
Apartment Community

If your company is not a member please go to Rental Property Owner/Manager and have the company join before entering your Apartment Community. If your company is a member please proceed.

National Apartment Association (NAA) Membership at no cost
