The Maryland Multi-Housing Association’s Impact Committee is committed to developing meaningful relationships with committee volunteers, member companies, and non-profit organizations to maximize efforts impacting committee projects within the local community.

The MMHA Impact Committee is not just organizing isolated events—it is building a portfolio of on-going initiatives that:

Deliver direct, hands-on service back to the communities that we serve;
Support and contribute to partnerships with mission-aligned organizations; and
Elevate and recognize member contributions

For an industry often defined by false narratives and presumptions, these efforts offer something equally important: a human story.

And it’s a story worth telling—both within the membership and to the broader public.
