Adam served on the MMHA Board and Legislative Committee from 1997 to 2008 with Southern Management and Charter Homes and was President in 2003.
Then, in 2009, he stepped into the role of Executive Director and helped define the modern era of MMHA.
Under his leadership, MMHA experienced extraordinary growth and launched transformational initiatives including the Service Training Academy and Leasing Training Academy.
