ANGELA SEIDEL, CAM | FIELD TRAINER
MORGAN PROPERTIES
Angela Seidel is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience, including more than 15 years in Property Management. Her passion for talent development evolved organically through years of building and leading high-performing teams, with a strong focus on continuous learning and growth.
Angela has spent the last decade with Morgan Properties, currently as a Field Trainer, where she supports and develops onsite teams across the organization. She earned her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation in 2020 and is also a certified Master Trainer through the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Most recently in 2025, Angela earned her Change Management certificate from ATD. Her dedication to training and facilitation is rooted in her core belief that there is always room to learn, grow, and improve.
Outside of her professional role, Angela lives in Hunt Valley, Maryland with her husband, their three daughters, and a tiny but mighty chihuahua.
KELSIE NELSON | FIELD TRAINER

Kelsie Nelson is a seasoned professional in the property management industry, bringing over 15 years of experience and a deep commitment to building and supporting high-performing teams. She currently serves as a Talent Development professional at Morgan Properties, where she designs and delivers impactful learning experiences that drive both operational excellence and employee growth.
Kelsie’s journey with Morgan Properties began nine years ago when she joined the company as a Leasing Professional. Being eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges propelled her into leadership roles and ultimately into the field of training and development. Her experience in leasing, operations, and regional support uniquely positions her to connect with learners at every level. Today, she is passionate about helping others grow in their roles, just as she did, and believes that professional development is a key ingredient to long-term success.
A proud MMHA alumna, Kelsie earned her Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) designation in 2018 and is thrilled to return as a facilitator, giving back to the professional community that helped shape her career. Her facilitation style is engaging, energetic, and grounded in real-world application, making her sessions relevant and relatable for today’s multifamily professionals.
