Seminar Objective

Providing industry professionals with insight and best practices for de-escalating hostile and challenging behavior in the workplace.

Why this seminar is needed

In today’s workplace environment, conflict is usually the result of opposing opinions and/or values. However, when it’s viewed as the sharing of ideas or brainstorming, conflict can be beneficial to the fabric of an organization. Having a clear understanding on approaching and resolving can result in a very productive workplace. It also contributes to a healthy corporate culture.
