Founder of INTELeTech, Inc. to develop software to modernize stand-alone legacy property management software with integrated cloud-based solutions without high conversion or upgrade costs, including add-on modules for Rent Court eFiling and Online Rent Payment options.

Brian’s focus shifted to creating technology solutions after selling his property management company in 2016. Brian is a housing industry advocate who transitioned into real estate, both as an investor and property manager, after more than two decades of experience in engineering, sales, executive management, and operational/business process reengineering consulting.
