CJ Maintenance is a privately owned company providing Janitorial and Facility Maintenance Services. In 1985 the company started in providing janitorial services, and has since grown to provide a wide range of services. It was the first certified GS-42 Green Seal Company on the East Coast.

I obtained my ISSA certification for the Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) program in 2015 and continually updating my knowledge and skills in Project Management, APPA and LEED standards.

My primary focus is the overall supervisory responsibility for all corporate operations. However, I am also involved with account retention and operations. I am personally involved with the accounts so the needs of the client are fully understood and the expected outcome is achieved.

I take the lead in the company’s national business development, focusing on commercial real estate, educational, healthcare, and government facilities, from 100K to 10M SF.

Running my own businesses for over 25 years, I have a deep understanding of the internal systems that all businesses need to thrive, while at the same time being able to provide credible advice that delivers measurable results of all those that I engage with. I believe in creating a personal relationship with my clients and I work as part of your team.
