Richard’s commitment to personal service, paired with a deep understanding of what drives value for owners and operators, has earned him the trust of clients across the country.

In his role as Senior Director of Strategic Accounts, Richard manages relationships with some of the organization’s most influential partners. He works closely with executive teams to understand their goals, design long-term strategies, and ensure they are gaining meaningful, measurable results from their amenity programs. He oversees complex, high-value accounts and leads initiatives around growth, retention, strategic planning, and contract negotiations. His approach centers on creating strong, lasting partnerships that benefit both clients and residents.

Richard is a graduate of the University of North Texas, where he studied Business, Marketing, and Real Estate. His background, combined with a passion for continuous learning, has shaped his leadership style and his ability to excel in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. He is known for his critical thinking, communication skills, and ability to bring internal teams together to deliver a seamless client experience.

Outside of work, Richard is an avid musician and skilled multi-instrumentalist, playing guitar, bass, drums, and trumpet. When he’s not making music, he can often be found hiking, working out, golfing, or spending time outdoors.
