Virginia Love began her multifamily career more than 30 years ago as a leasing consultant—earning $5.72 an hour and about $30 per lease—and quickly discovered a passion for the industry. She advanced through training, marketing, and operations roles at Summit, Watermarke, and ING Clarion, later spending 12 years as VP of Leasing & Marketing at Waterton. In 2019, she joined Entrata as Industry Principal, where she helps drive innovation across marketing, product, and sales.
A National Apartment Association Lyceum graduate, Virginia has served as Chair of both the Atlanta and Georgia Apartment Associations. She has been twice named a GlobeSt Multifamily Influencer/Woman of Influence, recognized as a Connect CRE Woman in Real Estate, honored as an Apartment All-Star, and inducted into the Georgia Apartment Association Hall of Fame in 2025.
