Creating Meaningful Follow-up
Follow up seems to be a struggle that we have in our business. Most of us complete our follow up to check off boxes so that we can show that we do it. However, follow-up can be one of your most effective tools in leasing apartments when it is done properly. In this workshop learn how to make each of your follow up encounters meaningful for your customers.

Joy Zalaznick is currently the Director of Training and Development for KETTLER. Through the her years in the Multifamily Industry, Joy has a variety of experience in on-site leasing and management, marketing, training, and troubleshooting both employee and community issues. She has been responsible for creating and implementing programs for onboarding, customer service, leasing, management, resident retention as well as computer system training. She has also been instrumental during this pandemic in converting the KETTLER training program to a virtual classroom platform. Joy is also a faculty member for NAAEI and has facilitate both NALP and CAM programs for MMHA.
