Maintenance vs. Management: The “Vs.” Stops Here
Communication • Accountability • Professionalism • The Resident Experience
-
Communication — How we speak to residents, coworkers, vendors, and each other.
-
Accountability — Taking ownership, following through, documenting properly, and holding vendors accountable.
-
Professionalism — Tone, email etiquette, appearance, service notes, and how we represent the community.
-
The Resident Experience — Understanding that every interaction between Maintenance and Management ultimately impacts the resident.
Maintenance vs. Management: The “Vs.” Stops Here is a practical course focused on building stronger communication, accountability, and professionalism between Maintenance and Management. Participants will explore how tone, documentation, email communication, vendor accountability, professional appearance, and teamwork impact the way we work together and serve our residents.
It's simple: different roles, different responsibilities, but one shared goal—working together to deliver exceptional service to our owners and residents.
