This one-day advanced training is designed for experienced maintenance professionals who want to sharpen their skills in servicing, diagnosing, and maintaining heat pumps, split systems, and both gas and electric furnaces in multifamily properties.

Led by Greg Swietkoski, Director of Service Training at MMHA, this course blends safety protocols with technical breakdowns to prepare technicians for real-world HVAC troubleshooting during heating season.

Note: This is an advanced course. Attendees must be EPA certified (Type II or Universal) and have completed electrical refresher training with strong multimeter skills.
