MMHA is hosting its first regional property manager roundtable from 9- 10 am on October 3rd! Regionals are invited to share information on company programs and strategies, engage with their peers, and get a pulse on what's going on in the industry. 

This roundtable's theme is recruiting and retention for employees. Topics for discussion include:

  • employee compensation packages
  • employee housing discounts and other benefits
  • regional trends in the mid-atlantic market

The agenda for this event will be sent out the week prior. Participants will then be asked to collect the information on the agenda to discuss with members of the roundtable.
