Are You Building a Bridge of Connectivity With Your Prospects?

When you have a big-ticket item (rent) which depends on a renewal process, the key to increasing occupancy & NOI is understanding the “psychology” of leasing sales. We’ll discuss what makes a prospect tick and how to build a strong personal relationship with prospects and residents. We’ll discuss the power of first impressions and learn what “defense mechanisms” are all about. We’ll share how asking powerful questions during the relationship building process can help you achieve the lease and renewal. This is a great program for new hires as well as a veteran refresher.

**TeleSeminars are NOT included in Class Pass
