Resident Experience
CAPS Prerequisites: CAPS Candidates must have worked as a multi-site supervisor for 24 months or have your CAM designation in good standing and 24 months of management experience.

Amy Asuquo

Amy joined Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) in 2009 and currently serves as Director of Property Management for the Multifamily Division. In this role, Amy is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of multifamily community operations. Previously, Amy worked at CRC in positions ranging from Leasing Specialist to Community Manager and Regional Portfolio Manager. Amy is active in and sits on the Executive Committee for the Maryland Multi-Housing Association. Amy also holds a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation from the National Apartment Association and a B.S. from Towson University.
